Auditor feedback

The updated Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and new Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (HVA) scheme take effect on 1 August 2026. From this date, the NHVR will no longer have authority to grant any new NHVAS accreditation. For accreditation options after 1 August 2026 please refer to NHVAS transition to HVA scheme and HVA scheme audits.

Use the following form to provide feedback on an audit conducted by an NHVAS Approved Auditor. By providing feedback, you are supporting us in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring audit quality.

Feedback received will be handled in a confidential manner. Details shared by you will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent.
